I made a time lapse video of me assembling the wood bed on my truck. One tip I have to make the assembly easier is to use blue painters tape to hold down the carriage bolts while you thread on the nut from the bottom.
Thanks! What I was looking at isn't really a manual. It's a three ring binder of notes, drawings and instruction sheets for various parts. What I was looking specifically in that video was drawing I made when I took apart the bed showing the placement of the cross-beams and bolt holes. I can scan it and put it on the blog if you want a copy.
